This element I can see as true because imo it is lived out over and over in the lives of abused women. Victims will often move from abuser to abuser, even when they recognize the abuse and that it is wrong. It is a very hard cycle to break.

Barth is inferring that the reality is... that after the 3 had sex... that Seth thought it was over and texted her about painting that night... and she responded in a text 'nervous'... she says she was nervous about what might happen next with Seth... Barth says she was nervous because she was discussing bondage with Lizzi Marriott.

I saw the video that was played yesterday. Only areas read out loud were the ones being corrected or modified for "accuracy". To the best of my knowledge, the statement was not read aloud word-for-word.

Was it read aloud in its entirety?

The more kat vomits out the more I think the defense may be setting up to call seth to the stand.

I think what may be closer to the truth was that there was a date rape or some drug in Lizzi's drink. At least, in a way, I am hoping Lizzi didn't suffer for the time she was over in that he11 hole.

I have to give her credit. She is tough. She has stood up to rigorous cross for days without really breaking. It must be incredibly difficult remembering which lie to tell, which scenario to tell. I am thankful she is not my daughter!
