What got me--Kat said it was a "meeting"--who calls a friends visit a "meeting"

Maybe a cult of some sort. Maybe Andi and her boyfriend, the vanilla guy decided at the last minute not to join in knowing something bad was going to happen.

ok she didn't want to have sex the next morning because she had seen him have sex with a "dying person"----jealous rage on her part!

"The jurors also learned that they will hear from a witness who saw “drag marks” on the trail heading toward an outlook on Peirce Island in Portsmouth shortly after prosecutors claim Mazzaglia, 31, of Dover, and his live-in girlfriend, Kathryn “Kat” McDonough, 21, dumped Marriott's body wearing nothing but a pair of blue, thong-style underwear and some jewelry into the Piscataqua River."
Looking down below, they could see the rocks where investigators were able to recover pieces of Marriott's hair and some pearllike beads.

I don't think it was mentioned, but now I'm wondering if Paul and Roberta got some kind of immunity. Like in exchange for wearing the wire. They could have called the police or 911. :waitasec:

Its not against the law to not report a crime if you have no involvement.
Morally corrupt, yes, but not illegal.

I love how she keeps adding to the tale of how much it mattered to her...

Playing this audio is not helping IMO. Liar without true remorse.

another break.........geeeezzzz

well, i don't think that helped the state at all :(

it just demonstrated how cold she is and what an act she has put on in the courtroom.....

i just don't understand it, he could have ended with his redirect of her without this audio and made more headway imo

If they had called after leaving apt. then I bet police would have got Lizzie's body before they disposed of it. Furious at those 2 not calling. Four people saw poor lizzie laying dead in that apt and nobody called for help!!!!!

:floorlaugh: see I believe that detail because of how important kat is to kat. It would be extremely important for someone like kat to see that she is well fed and has all her creature comforts met. Everything else including another person's life is secondary to her.

So, they bring both in for questioning and arrest SM just a couple days after this whole nightmarish episode ends, we know SM told the police enough for them to both want to arrest him and to know where to look for the body. What is KM's reason for this version of the story at the point she went before the grand jury, especially all of the nonsense with him plotting to blast his way out of jail, kill the two other witnesses, and move with her to a country without an extradition treaty? I don't get what's in it for her. Worst case scenario, she would have been looking at a couple extra years for involuntary manslaughter, wouldn't she have? So if this is a lie (I tend to think not), what's her motive?

She also brought up drinking apple cider after strip poker ......such an unnecessary detail that she has used twice....

About one hours worth of testimony from Kat McDonough's February grand jury testimony. A very similar story to what she told on the stand last week. She describes what she says happened the night of Oct 9th. When talking about the moment Seth allegedly put the rope around LIzzie's neck she said quote: "He had grabbed a rope behind me and pulled it over her neck – seth really has two sides to him – a good side and really bad side – and they switch on and off… usually takes a lot to get to his Mr Hyde side – as soon as he pulled the rope over her neck I could feel the energy in the room – he had gone bad."

sm told them and took them there. they asked him if he wanted a lawyer before they went to look for the body and he said no.

According to court records, Mazzaglia confessed to police that he “flipped Elizabeth's body over the fence and it landed on the ground on the other side.”

“He stated that he then threw her body off a small cliff into the water,” according to an affidavit for his arrest. “Mazzaglia stated he recalled hearing the water splash.”

My question on this is....if her body was disposed of in this way, how does one cover her up with seaweed? Either she is in the water and she is sinking or floating away or she is on the shoreline where you are covering her. Neither of them is telling the truth on this, imo.
