Let's assume the phone records are correct.
Let's further assume Kat is a liar.
Eliminate strip poker as a lie.
Eliminate TV viewing as a lie.

This headline sounds like Kat's version of the truth #1 and without Lizzi's phone there was no proof that she had texted Kat to say she arrived. I am sure that information came later.

I think roberta and paul either were there or knew. No reason to be "alarmed" at her call....it doesn't add up and we all know it. The timeframe is off. I hv serious doubts that Roberta wasn't involved. She is a big woman and could have easily overpowered Lizzie. I think she is more involved than we all realize.

I wish we could see the actual texts and times. I've looked around online but can only find second-hand accounts. It seems like the prosecutor may actually be confused and confusing everyone else, unless all the early accounts about what time Lizzi was going over were totally, totally wrong.

We can safely assume the accuracy of phone records. We cannot safely assume that km is telling the truth. We can safely assume that is she was there for under an hour that she was quickly ambushed and killed, with or without card games and movies.

Lizzie's family and friends live in Westborough Ma. She was living with aunt and uncle in NH while attending NHU

Around 9 p.m, Lizzie texted a friend in Westborough MA saying she was going from UNH to Dover that night.
About 9:30 she texted Kat saying she was on her way.
10:10 she texted Kat saying that she had arrived.

Well, Barth wants us to think there is a missing hour because the truth is that his client and Kat both planned and killed this young woman together. He needs to push the deed off onto Kat, she needs to push it onto Seth and together they think they will both get away with murder.

Think they watched The Orient Express one too many times.

But Haunts timelines shows that to be incorrect.
So why is he so adamant?
Just feel like I am missing something.

I am pretty sure that the text to the "friend" can't be a lie because LM's girlfriend was the recipient of the text saying, "I'm going to visit some friends in Dover" and her girlfriend supplied the information to the police. I'm going to go back and watch her LM's girlfriend's testimony, if it's still online, which I missed the first time around.

Yes! This might be the hour Barth is talking about. Sounds like Lizzi was working at Target and the drive from the Greenland Target to Saw Mill Apartments is 17 to 20 minutes.

Maybe the reason they drove back to the Portsmouth area with Lizzi's car was they were going to drop her back at Target as if she never left work.

Yes, she did text her girlfriend earlier to tell her she was going to Kat's house after work, I think around 9ish. But then when she arrived at the apartment she texted Kat that she was outside at 10:11. Kat wouldn't want to admit that to the police when she is telling them she never showed up and Lizzi's phone had been smashed.

Watching the girlfriend's testimony. It starts immediately with texts.

Lizzi texted her, "Oh, by the way, Kat is bi!!!" in September.

Apparently the girlfriend never responded to a bunch of other texts from Lizzi after she mentions her new "bi" friend. Defense is implying that there was tension over it.
