He made a summary of the internet browser history from October 9th and 10th. He was looking for gaps in times, and found out that they were UTC... as opposed to Eastern Standard Time. He found out there was a four hour time difference between the two.

Wasn't daylight savings time still in effect on Oct. 9th? So 3 hours difference between UTC and EDT?

The state compares both browsers... the latest time at night that activity stopped, and the first time it started the next morning... the gap extends from 8:45 PM on October 9th, to 11:13 AM. on October 10th.

The jury seeing photos of a tabletop with so many tiny pieces of white paper.. the Detective says he was the person to try to assemble them... says he found what appeared to be a suicide note, as well as something he refers to as the 'freakout

It sounds to me like he was making alibi notes to himself. Grant Hayes did the same thing, oddly enough.

If that date was the night of the murder I'd say seth may have been helping kat. He's at home but she is away, with an alibi?

I wonder if the defense picked that up. It's a great arguing/reasonable doubt point.

Knee problem - his alibi notes

http://www.seacoastonline.com/articles/20140228-NEWS-402280412

"Mazzaglia allegedly claimed at the beginning of his police interview that he went out jogging the night of Oct. 9, 2012, and "returned home far later than expected" because he "injured his knee," according to a section of the memorandum that summarizes the police interview."

Ewwww...

Sick chick.

Hey borndem it could have been a trophy or something kat realized wouldn't blend in with the fauna and rock scape in the dump site and put away.

Perhaps those are the panties that ended up in the dumpster along with Lizzi's sweatshirt?

I REALLY hope that thong was recovered because it will have both dna on it, proving the rape.
