She wore colorful little socks, always mismatched.

:floorlaugh: I thought she grabbed whatever was laying on the ground closest to her in that apt. I could imagine kat not taking the time to match up and fold the pairs of socks so they matched. She had bigger things on her mind...

Atty: ...condom wrappers not tested in a forensic way at all?

Witness: no. no...no

It is not just the strip poker, it is the "sitting around naked" long after also.

Just does not add up in my brain.

She barely knew KM, and had knew SM little. Would you play strip poker with people you were just getting to know?

(I do not know why but the scene in the original Friday the 13th keeps popping into my head, the camp counselors playing strip poker...It just feels so "forced"... KWIM?).

As a girl in my early 20s? Yeah I prolly did do that. #differenttimedifferentplace

For me, I will state the obvious:

I think some of us (at least me) are hoping for some good solid evidence that shows that HE did did it, with no or few doubts -- and not just a negative feeling about him. CSI on TV has shown the perfect world of forensic science in murders, rapes, etc., and now we expect at least a bit of it -- we know that a case will not have a 5 minute solve rate with DNA, batches of blood on everyone, etc., etc., etc., but everyone -- especially the jury -- feels better with tangible & irrefutable evidence, especial if it is based on circumstantial evidence, which nearly all tuff cases are.

And I, like Softail said, am worrying about the paltry amount of facts against SM that we have seen/heard so far.

Just my o.

It would be comforting to have that one rock solid piece of evidence in every criminal trial, but thats usually not the case.

I think the state has presented plenty of evidence to convict Seth. I keep seeing that the state is presenting a weak case, but I see it differently.
