My moms company has a plant in Mexico, they told Corp. that during Mex matches they would NOT be working, they would all be watching....gotta respect that kind of dedication :thumb:

The prosecution can forget using Kat's activity on that site...just not a big deal...kids go there and post stuff and other kids critique it...pretty common and despite the name most of the stuff is not offensive. I found it on my daughter's computer years ago....got upset and then found out what it was.

I think there is some truth that Lizzi declined advances that both seth and kat made to her that night. When kat testified she sounded like her ego was still wounded that kat wasn't interested in her.

I don't see someone telling the other two people in the room 'No, thank you' but then okaying any activity that would approach or open that subject again. So, IMO, no strip poker, no Lizzi sitting around in her underwear.

IMO the movie was on and the two pounced and overpowered her. Incapacitated her and then had their sick fun.

I have wondered if they may have dosed LM with something soon after she got there -- in drink or in food -- and I would think that due to no body being recovered, no tests could have been run to check... Anybody else thought about it, or are KM/SM opposed to that kind of thing, etc., etc.? I mean if "this is the night," then make sure it is so. Dunno...

They sure left a lot of things unrecovered or tested, huh? And why is no one snapping to Daylight Savings Time being in effect until late Oct. when discussing the UTC times?

I'm not an expert on dogs, but am pretty sure they can tell the difference.
Good thinking about the tarp. That might explain it, and would also point towards premeditation perhaps.

Atty Davis harkens back to Kat's purse that police collected from Kat's workplace the day she was arrested, and asks the Detective if the tablet computer she had inside it had been forensically examined.. he says he's not absolutely sure a tablet was taken because he was not there, but does not believe it was checked it if was taken.
