WTH??? Is the state trying to create reasonable doubt? They processed the car.... but not immediately. :sigh:

The officer says the made an inventory of what was in the vehicle... and while he didn't find a GPS, he did find a power chord for a TOMTOM as well as an owner's manual.

Ok, so both SM and KM were in the car. What evidence did they find? :waitasec: How could it prove Seth did it? :waitasec:

I hate to say it, but this prosecution is weak so far. :sigh:

How come no photos? Of a parked car? Don't worry about hurting my fragile disposition. I can take it!

Yep, he placed them on the ground, she ran over them, and the parts were thrown off the bridge into the river.

After so many days of powerful, dramatic, testimony, we are in a foundation-building part of the trial now... experts establishing certain details that we'll likely see woven together at a later point, perhaps before, but likely during closing arguments.

I have sort of decided there will be no "smoking gun" here for the state ...if they had anything great doubt they would have struck the deal they did.

IIRC the defense doesn't dispute the fact that SM was in the car with Kat, so why do we need this witness?
