In Kat's story that she claims is the true story do you mean Kat would not ever play strip poker because other than that I do not know what you mean about Lizzie would never do the things Kat said.

Yes, I thought I'd noted that inconsistency in her testimony, that they were caught on the fence when Seth pushed her over it and Kat took them the rest of the way off and put in her pocket and later that they got caught on rocks (and then put in her pocket).

During the break, the Dover Police Chief went up and spoke with Lizzi's family... they were smiling, and chatting comfortably. Today has had a few other rare moments of lightness... in particular, when Brian Barbato took the stand this morning. When asked to give his name he leaned forward and spoke loudly into the microphone, the state told him he didn't have to lean quite so close... everyone giggled, including jury members.
