The Officer says Kathryn McDonough called soon after... she said that she and Elizabeth had plans to visit a cemetery and take pictures... that she went outside her apartment to watch for Elizabeth when she was to have arrived after class. She says she didn't show.. so she went to the cemetery alone and returned about midnight.

She said Liz was gonna come over & they were gonna go to t cemetery to take pics & they were gonna convince her that ghosts were real

IDN that they were successful in proving to Lizzi that ghosts were real but I bet Lizzi found out that monsters are.

Why not grab everything that's not nailed down -- they don't even know if she is dead at that time (do they), and they certainly don't know how she died... Take the notebooks, test the condoms, etc., etc. That's why the evidence to search info is usually very long & has broad definitions of what is to be seized. Don's state, "salt shaker" & not be able to take the pepper shaker; state "any food items, containers, condiments" (not meant to be insulting, but meant to be on an Evidence Collection 101 course for dummies.

Defense Atty Barth is confirming that the officer did not record the phone conversations. He's asking about the process of his taking notes... The Officer wrote in his notes that Seth sounded extremely nervous...

It seems odd to me that a cold, calculated murderer is going to get extremely nervous returning a phone call.

I wondered about seth demanding that Roberta be called right after Lizzi died. IMO it could be one of two things. seth either freaked, wanting a friend's help/advice and it was kat who thought up pinning the murder on Roberta and Paul or seth had kat call Roberta setting her up for the fall. One is cool as a cucumber and the other isn't. Which is he?
