Today marks the 16th day of testimony in the trial... and like every other day, Lizzi Marriott's family and friends are sitting in the first two rows. Her mother and father have over an hour drive each way every day. Bob Marriott is always here.

didn't the Judge mention something about trial ending by the 23rd?

He sure did...I sort of think the state will wrap today and my guess is defense will not have that long of a case and he may be right. They told the jurors early on 2 weeks or something.

No they didn't

Christopher Ramos has taken the stand, he's dressed in prison orange, and his hands and feet are shackled. He says he doesn't want to be here, because it puts him in a bad position, he's worried for his safety. He was housed with Mazzaglia in the medical unit, assigned to a cell together in Dover.

Why is it so many inmates go off the deep end and start blabbing about what they are locked up for? And it isn't just the intellectually challenged inmates...

Ramos: he told me that someone had died, at first, during you know, coming over the house State's Atty Geoffrey Ward: did he tell you any more?, Ramos: yah.. he told me he had blackouts…
