Did the State just ask this guy if he has been incarcerated before and he answered 'you can say I'm well versed' followed by nervous laughter?????

He was giving Seth "legal advice" and he was qualified to do this because he has been in jail so much he is "well versed"

IMO this witness seems heavily coached. I wonder if the state offered him anything in return for his testimony??? I hope not.

I don't know how well coached he is. At one point he couldn't remember what else seth said. He blamed it on nerves.

Right now he can't remember.

Ramos claims that Mazzaglia told him that the body was wrapped in a tarp and taken to Portsmouth, and put in the Piscataqua River... that he needed Kat's help in getting the body in... and that they joked about Davy Jones locker.

I imagine the defense will tell us what he "may" get......I don't like it when guys like this use words such as "controlling" etc. as it is not usualy talk for them and it shows heavy coaching....this guy has been coached no doubt you can't just put him up there but he says enough off the cuff to have me believing him. Defense will tear him up.

He describes Seth as obsessed with Kat... he claims he was not remorseful, but always talked about Kat. He says Seth asked him for legal advice... Ramos says he suggested they get married so Kat couldn't testify against him.

he has a legitimate concern...if Seth walks and this guy is out no question in my mind he could be dead and he knows it...now wants a word with the attorney...he glances over at Seth alot...he is scared of him.

He also claims that Seth wanted him to deliver a letter to Kat... a code so they could talk without being understood.. and that Seth drew him a map to get to Seth's mother's house where Kat was staying. The state showed the jury a copy of it.
