Defense Atty Barth is now cross-examining him.. asks what charges are pending against Ramos... Ramos says 'duty to report' ... Barth presses him but he says he won't answer ... Barth says... 'failure to report as a sex offender correct?' The state asks to approach the bench and that's where all the attorneys are now. As Mr. Ramos listens in....

He also claims that Seth wanted him to deliver a letter to Kat... a code so they could talk without being understood.. and that Seth drew him a map to get to Seth's mother's house where Kat was staying. The state showed the jury a copy of it.
