IMO the judge comes off as pro defense OR he is giving leeway to the defense as not to cause a mistrial or a reason for appeal.

Another sidebar conversation... after Barth pressed him for what he was charged with when he was Seth's cellmate... Ramos says failure to report... Barth says ... for sexually assaulting a child. That's when Ramos leans into the mic and looks at the State's attorneys and says 'Excuse me attorneys, I thought that couldn't be talked about....'
