Alright, this guy is unbelievable in my opinion. Apparently nothing phases him. And when he said he could only keep a secret depending on what it was...he did keep this a secret!!!! Saw a [purple] head very swelled up w/marks around her neck

Line around throat; i assumed it was from t bags, were tied very tight around her neck...

No other marks on her body
