Minor, I think Paul is holding up just fine. He also seems believable to me, mostly because he isn't afraid to admit to "not doing anything"
this is all JMO

Barth: when you were talking to Seth about calling police.. Kat brings up the notion that Liz Marriott had a long walk to her car from lab at UNH and back... and it was at that point that you thought in hindsight that maybe was a conversation about removing the body from the scene. Hickok: possibly ...correct

Good. Short and sweet

apparently no dirt on Paul...lets move on.

Yes, and he has a really fancy shirt on today, one with a logo on the chest of 'The Winner's Circle" and checkered flags....

He seems like a somewhat literate, at least avg intelligence, individual. Is his dress -- which is a pure showing of total disrespect for the Court and its principals, the victim, the jury, i.e., all American jurisprudence, IMO -- simply flaunting disrespect & prolly distrust, or what?? Why? (Sorry to be such a nerd, but it's irksome & pizzes me just a tad).

Impressive, huh? Grrrrr.

"The Winners Circle" on his tee...is that a motorcycle deal? Oh...I guess it is a car dealership in Tilton NH.

He ate 20 boxes of Fruit Loops and got a free T

Why did Barth indicate to the judge yesterday that he had more than 15 minutes to cross. This was lame and useless. I think that the more these witnesses get pressed, the more likely the defendant will be implicated.

The State doesn't want to delve into anyone either, because more info will implicate their star witness. Yikes, this case is so sad for the Marriott family. I feel their pain.

Paul Hickok is done... State's Atty Peter Hinckley is showing the jurors a letter on the screen... a letter from Seth to his Dad... he's reading it out loud... Seth is thanking his Dad for his visits and support, but asks him for two things... the first .... Kathryn might need help for bail...the second.. to contact my friend 'Murphy', and give him a thousand dollars...

I understand what you're sayin' but with all the time that has gone by, he could have borrowed a sports coat at the very least. Or even a plain white collared shirt... He's not just a passerby. He's a direct witness.

So bad, Jen Compton just identified Lizzi's mom as Kat's mom on her feed!

What awful thing did seth and /or kat have hanging over Roberta/Paul's head to make them agreeable to risk and becoming accessories after the fact?

Nothing. They reasoned it out for themselves @@ Which is why Roberta had to wear a wire and chat with KM three or four times.
