From my experience they didn't all sit in the boardroom & just let Kat ramble on without them saying anything. I sat in a boardroom with 3 lawyers when I was looking for a lawyer for my work injury. They introduced themselves, then asked what they could do for me. As I went on to describe my accident & my current problems, they continuously stopped me to go over what I had just said to clarify & they also asked questions during my conversation.

Hinckley has made the point that all law enforcement interviews are recorded and distributed to the defense team... rules of discovery... then he made the point that certain excerpts of the transcript of Kat's interview with the defense team were used to attack her credibility during this trial. Bench conference.

Oh geeze, that's right, she pinpointed the time by what she was watching on TV.

geevee blame it on the 16 years of kat testimony. That is my current excuse. Yesterday I forgot to change the kitty litter, it is because of kat testimony.

Atty Hinkcley is asking if the defense team met with her before she met with Kat... she says she can't recall. He asks if any of them might have met with Seth prior... she says she wouldn't know.

He asks Lisa to tell the jury who else was there during the unrecorded interview with Kat.. she says three attorneys, Barth, Davis and Robinson. And she acknowledges they were all asking questions. Lisa was the only one taking notes, and she did not write down the questions.

:floorlaugh: I know what you mean. I feel for the jury in this case. I shut down on hearing what was coming out of kat's mouth after a while because it was taking up my memory and replacing earlier testimony.

I don't think he's scoring points here, we saw Kat go over the typed statement and make any changes necessary.

He points out that, in Lisa's own notes, there are notes about dominance, slaves, even that slaves can go thru abuse. But she did not put them in the report.

Yeah!!! It just looks bad. Maybe this is her first time as a witness but if all she is doing is telling the truth then you don't have to be apprehensive about the line of questioning.

Because of her physical reaction I am doubting she hadn't formed a judgement call against kat and allowed her personal feelings to influence her questioning.
