Yes, I was reading posts from late 2012 and Mom24 was posting about the water search off Pierce Isle. There were helicopters and everything, quite a bit of activity. I wonder if she's been to the courthouse, would love to hear the behind the scenes...

hope she reports back...I just can't imagine the Marriott family listening to this. Wonder if and when Seth's mom will get up and what she would add? He was a good boy until he was 10? Someone mentioned that the ex girlfriend was at the courthouse last week...could be rumor but if it is not they must plan on using her as I believe she lives in Seattle? Again could be rumor. Not much to go on with this trial so rumors are about it.

Didn't Barth pull a stunt where he implied he had a great deal more questioning to ask a witness? So the court announced lunch. After an hour the court was back in swing and Barth asked maybe four of five questions and was done.

That poor witness, I can't remember who, being tortured through the lunch hour thinking the end was NOWHERE in sight.

Wonder if the State is using this tactic?

What did Barth imagine would happen? The witness returning from lunch is unable to handle the stress of knowing Barth is going to start chewing on them again, jumps up, throws himself at the Judge and spills the beans that they alone are responsible for this heinous crime?
