If I were on this jury, the testimony about Davy Jones' locker would have a huge impact on me. KM admitted to the reference though her story was a lie, at least one inmate said that SM said he and KM joked about it while disposing of the body. Right there it eliminates the accidental death in my opinion. It makes it sinister, evil, cold, calculating and almost like they thought it was funny.

Barth is just driving home the point that his theory cant be true. (Kat smothering Lizzi by sitting on her and suffocating her)

Unlike Dr. Horn and Jennifer Wilmott? ;)

I dont remember Wilmott being real disrespectful with Horn. She just asked dumb questions so he had to kind of dumb down for her to answer her questions

Is that what this is all about? Now it all makes sense. :floorlaugh:

Barth, Barth, Barth ... :slap:

Jeesh, I have not been asked to act as an expert witness too many times, but one time I was asked by the State of New Hampshire to testify that an 10-year-old child's brain is more like an adult's than a child's (which is BS, by definition a 10-year-old IS a child, how can its brain be "more like" an adult's, plus, an 18-year-old's brain isn't even really "more like" an adult's). I am VERY glad I declined. I don't think I could have held my temper under this sort of nonsensical questioning.

I have decided that when Mr Barth says 'Understood' that it's his way of moving on to ask another dopey question rather than him truly understanding.

Now Barth is overriding testimony....

Not at ALL! Barth is too stubborn for his own good sometimes

need to express an opinion here. Earlier in the trial I admired Barth for a few days for his pertinacity and cross-examination skills. However, I've recently seen/heard him rely way too much on half-truths, lies and misinformation while questioning witnesses. I've pretty much lost respect for him...My opinion only.

Witness is kind of smirking at Barth now ...

HAHAHA!! "It can't DO that. It doesn't MAKE SENSE...sigh...I guess we're gonna talk about the heart."

  • #97
she is so over him.....

Barth: 'If the brain shuts down in various ways ...'

WTH??? Can he hear himself talking?

What we have here is a medical examiner giving her expert opinion on what four liars have told regarding what a victim's body looked like. No proof, no photos, no body, no facts.

When a faulty premise is started with....the truth can never be found.
