Lisa: "she got quiet for a minute, sat there, looked down… and said I was with him all night." Barth: did she then make a statement? Lisa: She did yes.

On the 17th, Kat was tape-recorded to check for accuracy, veracity of statements, etc...

bc of what she told them & her demeanor...& knowing that she had incriminated herself

When someone starts a sentence with "Honestly".... I start to wonder.

She says after they met, Lisa went in search of a recorder and asked Kat to come back to record the reviewed statement. When asked why, Lisa says... "...given what she told us and her demeanor we wanted to memorialize it, and honestly knowing that she incriminated herself and knowing that people that incriminate themselves often change their story.."

It's all about nothing.
Kat already told the jury that those were lies Seth and her had made up.

She was not under oat when she made those statements.

Only the GJ statements count.
