Question: What did this defense witness add to the defense? Guess a base for later that her story that was told was a lie? :doh:

I got out of it that she contacted Kat telling her that she worked with Seth's attorneys, but later stated that the issue of them being Seth's lawyers was not yet resolved. To me that says she mislead Kat. I also got out of it that they wanted to shaft Kat LOL

So now the prosecution is pointing out that Kat said these things because Seth wrote that in his letter to her.

Hinckley is asking her about details Kat gave in the unrecorded conversation... and he has a letter up on a large screen, that we've seen before, its from Seth to Kat, describing what happened that night. It includes illustrations of someone in ropes... now comparing it to one Kat drew on in their interview... and points out they looked different.

Exactly, but she told Kat she worked with his lawyers.......come on prosecutor hit her hard on that point.....

Atty Hinckley continually posed questions that began with... "Did Ms MsDonough say during that unrecorded interview....." Over two dozen details he gave her were NOT included in that interview.

boy I am getting weary of this retelling of what they did...please just finish this trial already. We got it. After this one gotta take a break and try to remember that there are decent people in this world...you watch enough of these and you begin to think everyone is crazy!!!

He is pointing out that her obligations are to the client. She says its to report what is told to her whether she agrees with it or not. He points out that she is not a law enforcement officer. They have legal obligations to provide information that can impeach a witness.
