Okay. So now you have me curious.
Do you take "native soil" to mean the original soil on the mountain--in other words, the remains couldn't have been transported to the site in a load of fill from elsewhere? Am I close?
Also, the photo. My first thoughts were to wonder why she would post a picture of the adjacent area and not simply of the area. Lots of big boulders with a "soft" area in the middle. If it's similar to the adjoining area where remains were found, could it indicate an animal lugged pieces there?
