I just found this person who claims she's been raped by Rodney Alcala in 1977 in an attic in Ohio when she was being held prisoner by human traffickers. Her name is Niki Rowe. Could she be our sad faced girl? If so the picture was not taken in the NY appartement.

I need to find more about the details etc.
