Prosecutors in Passaic County say that Darius Matylewich and the girl met while playing on the gaming platform Roblox, the Wayne, New Jersey, Patch reported. The girl’s parents reported her missing shortly before 7 a.m. on September 10.

According to a release from Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes’ office, police found the victim “soon after she was reported missing” in Bear, Delaware, a suburb of Wilmington more than 130 miles from Wayne.

It was determined that Matylewich met up with the child and transported her 135 miles away from Wayne to Bear, Delaware without her parents knowing.

Authorities have not released how the girl was taken from her home.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware unsealed the indictment of Darius Matylewich, 27, of Bear, Delaware, on Tuesday. He was arrested in December and accused of traveling to Wayne and driving the girl to his home, authorities said. He was charged with coercion and enticement of a minor and production of child , authorities said.
