Regarding where Dulce's mother parked, the location is in the video here:
Where Is Dulce? Police, Family Search for 5-Year-Old

It's about 170 feet (about 57 yards) from the playground and has a direct line of sight. I don't have a decent graphics program on my new laptop yet so maybe our map makers can add the location? Thanks!

Also, JerzeyGirl mentioned that Dulce may have been followed and even watched prior to the day she disappeared. I read on an msm link an interview with a neighbor who said she saw Dulce in the park just last week so it seems that Dulce regularly visited the park. If someone was watching her they may have had a rough schedule of her whereabouts. I'm still searching for that link and will post it when I find it.

Thanks for the info and video! It was helpful as I was under the impression that mom was parked in the parking lot (between the basketball courts and the baseball + soccer fields).

However, If I'm looking at the correct spot on Google maps, I'm still confused how the playground would be a direct line of sight (field of view is about 135 degrees horizontally for us humans)
The end of the basketball courts and 4 trees would obscure part of that view and the swing set (where the kids were reportedly headed) would be completely out of view even peripherally, wouldn't it?

Am I looking at the right parking spot?
(Between the two buildings left of the basketball courts) with the playground a ways ahead and to the right of the parking spot?)

The last images taken of the child were with her mom and little brother buying ice cream at a nearby store just before they went to the park.
Amber Alert: Bridgeton, New Jersey girl still missing as search enters fourth day

Unless she changed her clothes between the store and park, this was the last seen clothing? Just coming into this case, apologize if this has been clarified earlier.
I thought she was described as wearing a yellow shirt with an elephant on it and black and white pants, which is what she is wearing in the surveillance image. Imo

Another poster stated the pull in for cars is one way, putting the car facing the wrong direction as well. Obstructed view. Can't see swings at all

Another poster said the playground could be viewed through the courts. Imo

Thanks. I thought for sure they said it was an elephant.

It was reported as elephant in a few sources ... I also read butterfly with picture of same shirt. (Ears vs. wings I guess.)

Ok, so I guess I'm not going crazy. At least now it's been clarified.

Who was this young mother and her children living with? Anyone know?
Who was helping her with the children? Who had access to them frequently?

Amateur opinion and speculation

Do we know what the mother said to explain why she let two toddlers (or just out of toddler stage) out in the park alone? Why was she sitting in the car with a nine year old?

I need to understand this to piece this all together. I don’t know a nine year old who wouldn’t want to run around a park unless they were sick?
Anyone know this part of the events that transpired?

If the Mom is 19 and has a five year old, she was likely pregnant at 13. That in itself is a tragedy, and a crime.

Amateur opinion and speculation

The younger kids were let out first to go to the playground, which was about 30-50 yards away.
Ten minutes later the three year old came back crying. The mom looked for her daughter, who she thought was hiding. Her brother pointed to the buildings when she asked where she went.
She looked for her for about 45 minutes and then called police.

And yes, she is a very young mother, but teenage pregnancy is not a crime. Imo

I think a lot of the current questions could be answered by reading the last thread. :)

The mom was helping the other child with homework in the car. The missing child was raised by the maternal grandparents. The mother lived in an apartment next to the maternal grandparents.

Hopefully this link works!

Homework, the mom's little sister was doing her homework in the car.

The children were living with their grandparents, the grandparents think of Dulce as one of theirs.
So they were helping with the children. Mom is 5 months pregnant as well.

I was just thinking the same thing. Just two threads in, hopefully posters will have chance to get up to speed by reading the first thread :)

Pursuing the idea of the child having been taken to Mexico, is that something that the FBI investigates and is it a crime for the child's father to take her if the maternal grandparents have custody? Is that considered kidnapping?

Parking lot A is 100 yards from the playground, lot B is 30 yards.

"Her mother told authorities that she was sitting in a parking lot near the park and didn’t see what happened to Dulce, CBS Philadelphia reported. She was last seen playing on the swings with her brother who is 3. Her mom was 30 yards away in the parking lot with an 8-year-old relative, CNN reported."

Spoke with her sister about her. homework
While Alavez Perez spoke with her sister about the little girl’s homework in the parking lot, Dulce and Manuel ran toward the swings on the playground about 30 yards away.

Lives in a room in a house.
.While Dulce and Manuel live in the family house, Alavez Perez lives in a room in a nearby house.

Grandparents have custody of Dulce. I believe both children live with the grandparents but I have to dig more to find that article.
But because I had Dulce when I was 14, my parents loved her like she was their daughter and took official custody of her. I’m OK with it.”

I feel so bad for this Mom!

It looks like it would be impossible to see the children from the parking lot. Where was the red van and the man with the orange shoes? The closest location for the red van would be in the same parking lot where the child's mother was parked.
