The reward was already increased to $65,000 on September 20th as per an announcement by philanthropist Bill Pulte on Twitter.

Bill Pulte on Twitter

I’ve only seen it referenced by the org, The Missing. It seems to have been ignored by everyone else.

Locate The Missing

However, Bill Pulte DOES give his money away to causes he selects on his twitter profile as referenced by MSM. For some reason, his announcement about Dulce was ignored and considered unverified, but this is not the first time he’s done this.

Meet the 31-year-old Twitter philanthropist giving away money to strangers online

Further digging reveals that some
individuals have made complaints about him (though nothing I’ve found on MSM). It could be the complaints or the way he gives his money away that has caused his “donation” to be excluded from official announcements. But it definitely was offered.
Thanks. LE early on didn't seem to want to get involved with donations from individuals and focused on govt and corporate sources. So perhaps LE isn't embracing this entry of funds from a source they aren't connected to? IDK, I'm just guessing as to why this reward hasn't been more widely publicised. But we have seen sometimes that rewards can have unforeseen and uncontrollable consequences and perhaps LE made a calculation as to the sources of funding that they were comfortable working with on this case. Just a guess on my part as IDK. But thanks for putting this new info up as I looked for it and could not find the reference. MOO

IMO, yes the gangs could help if they wanted to assist here. Its a complex situation for LE to work with gang but my guess is that LE will try just about anything to try and find a missing 5 yo. innocent child. Pure speculation on my part but I can't see LE taking gang cooperation off the table in order to bring Dulce home.

Are the Guardian Angels still in existence or do they just handle NYC crimes?

As far as I can tell, nobody was there constructing anything at the time.
Yes, we found an article that was posted last night that said playground was under construction but no workers were there working on the project at the time Dulce went missing.

There are a lot of times I wish I understood Spanish and this is one of them!
(Although it’s the predominant language here, I only know a few words and get strange looks lol)
Sounds like a lot has happened the past few years since this young mom got pregnant with Dulce at 13. And she’s only 19.

The lead story on the noon news was about Dulce, and right after that breaking news about remains discovered in Germantown, PA. Skull and remains "in a sac" at Awbury Arboretum. Probably too "old" to be Dulce.

ETA: Also, Germantown is 1hr 11min away from Bridgeton. I was thinking Bridgeton was closer to Philadelphia than it is.

Even if gangs are not involeved in the kidnapping, they hear things that others don't.

Is there a dominant gang in this area?

MS-13 Gang Threat In NJ: Here's Where They've Been Found

There is a MS-13 gang presence in Bridgeton.
I posted the last NJ gang report on the prior thread and Cumberland County as of the last report date had an estimated 600 individuals that were members of various gangs.

There appear to be 2 gangs operating in Cumberland County as of the last report date that had more than 100 members. The Bloods (clothing color RED) appear to be the dominant gang in terms of membership with a reported membership of 350 in 2010 (its unclear from the report IMO if the Bloods are unified as a group or whether the gang is composed of various 'sets' of separate groups under a broader Bloods umbrella).

The gang situation is somewhat fluid and the report was dated 2010 so many changes could have occurred unfortunately. The report also says that the Bloods don't typically target the public and are focused on drug distribution and petty theft type crime. There are various Crips affiliated gangs operating in Cumberland County as well at the time of the last report date.

Here is the report again from 2010 for more info on a complex network of gangs across the State of NJ:

With the new presser from Dulce's mother this morning, I'd like to bring forward sillybilly's post about THE RULES as to victim friendly posts, noting that NO bashing or attacking of the mother, or any other family member:

from The Rules: Etiquette & Information

VICTIM FRIENDLY

Websleuths is a victim friendly forum. Attacking or bashing a victim is not allowed. Discussing victim behavior, good or bad is fine, but do so in a civil and constructive way, and only when such behavior is relevant to the case.

The "victim friendly" rule extends to the family members of victims and suspects. Sleuthing family members, friends, and others who have not been designated as suspects is not allowed. Don't make random accusations, suggest their involvement, nor bash and attack them. Posting their personal information, including names, addresses, and background data -- even if it is public -- is not allowed. That does not mean, however, that statements made by family members and other third parties cannot come into discussion as the facts of the case are reported in the media.

Now bringing this one forward....

ADMIN WARNING:

How a child may have been conceived X years ago has zero relevance to the fact they are now missing. Try to solve Dulce's disappearance rather than trying to dig up dirt on family members.

The next person to mention the possibility of rape will receive a permanent thread reply ban.

ETA: And stop, just STOP the victim shaming of mom and the rest of the family. That is not what WS is about. Wait for the facts to come out instead of negative speculation and bashing family members who are already traumatized over the loss of Dulce.

There are so many missing in Philadelphia it's hard to even guess at who it could be without more info. Here is the Unidentified thread for the remains: PA - PA - East Germantown/Philadelphia, Human skull & bones in sack, Awbury Arboretum, 30 Sept 2019

This may have already been posted and if not, hope it is okay to post now..
https://newyork.cbslocal.com/2019/09/27/child-rape-suspect-jail-refuse-ice/https:
September 27, 2019
"NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Federal immigration officials say two alleged child rapists are on the run after authorities in New York and New Jersey refused to hold the suspects in jail for ICE.

According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Mexican nationals were each taken into custody for separate incidents in the Tri-State Area on charges they sexually assaulted a minor."
"ICE has classified both men as fugitives and are asking anyone with information on where either of the child rape suspects are to call 1-866-DHS-2-ICE."

Please read below:

I had removed various posts that have been making reference to a SO in the Bridgeton area. I am reinstating them because I was wrong.

The Rules on Sex Offenders fall into a somewhat grey, fuzzy area, but generally if a sex offender has obvious ties to the area, it is okay to post about them within reason.

Please review those rules and if any questions, please let us know through private messaging and we will try to clarify.

My apologies for any confusion.
