Found Deceased NJ - Lance James, 29, Clementon, 2 December 2016

I am his sister, here is what I can tell you. The original story given by roommates was false.. they changed their story...
Dec 2nd, Lance went to the Hide-A-Way Tavern. He got into a fight there for calling someone a Pu$$y, he was escorted out by bar staff and was then hit by the person he called the name in the face and got a bloody nose. Cops were called, he refused medical treatment. The video footage shows he walked toward the road NOT the woods. He was never seen again from here. His phone and jacket were left at the bar so they are of no help the police have these. No one at the bar is talking. Foul play is expected as he would not just disappear like this. He just paid his rent and was scheduled for court the following Monday (no he would not skip out). it's been 11 days. Even though the police report was made and a missing person report was done Clementon Police took days to even dispatch out a K9 unit so the scent is gone no trace. Search and rescue went out along with deep divers and searched the woods and lake nearest the bar with no luck. They went door to door in the area to check sheds and RVs. That is all we have.

I don't believe any of this. Was Lance by himself at his bar? If so, who would have asked him where he was going, while they were assaulting him? If I had to guess, he probably mouthed off a bit, and got attacked, and they killed him, and they are filling in the blanks with quotes and facts that never happened. They will get caught, in time. There were probably too many people there to keep their secret.

As I reread this, they mention a cop, so maybe that is who asked him where he was going. That is about the only person who might ask him that question. It is no one elses business, where he was going.

I am "Hassan" I am Jessica his sister as mentioned in my previous post. He was in fact alone at the bar. He was drunk and asked a patron (fellow Marine Vet) to turn music on the jukebox and when he refused this is when my brother called him a name that started this fight.
As for who asked him where he was going.. it was the Clementon Police after he refused Medical Treatment the Police told him to just got home and he had started to walk the direction of home but never made it.

So, it sounds like it wasn't just Lance vs the local yocals. That was my original thoughts, when I read this. And since it is the police who verified he was going home, we have to go with that.

I do wonder if the person that hit him has been excluded completely. Meaning he stayed at the bar for hours and then left for home.
It makes it sound like the person he called a name, got his revenge. Or maybe someone at the bar wanted to teach him a lesson.
This is so heartbreaking for his family.

My questions are the same.. this person who hit him (yes I know his first name) what time on camera does it show he left?? Apparently he has also now been flagged at this bar... so was it immediate and they let him leave same time as my brother? I have been told a lot of shifty things happen here so no one seems surprised at all by any of this

The pub must know when the other guy left, or perhaps there is video.

He left them the night of the incident when he disappeared, no he def would not be missing for this court date, it was regarding child support for his daughter whom he loves to death. The last known interaction with him was with the police when they told him to just go home.
