I'm finding a strong resemblance between this doe and Peggy A. Johnson (not to be confused with Peggy Lynn Johnson who was identified as the Racine County Jane Doe). I don't see her on the rule-out list and can't contact the phone numbers on both Namus pages because I don't live in the US. Not sure how she would end up in NJ, but perhaps she was abducted and taken up there.

Flagging this post to see if there is possibly a way to route this post to someone who works the UID cases here in the states for follow up on Peggy A. Johnson as a possible match. Thank you mods.
The most user-friendly way is for you to go to the Doe Network website and use their submission form which is super easy. But first it would be good to know if @rylie113 has already done so. Doe Network doesn't require you to be living in the US.

I don't remember submitting it on the doenetwork so please go ahead!
