Thats a mighty big "K" she has around her neck----she wasn't hiding the relationship.

So is the thinking that he killed her and then himself a few days later? Or had she left him and he became distraught when he could't find her? He certainly did not hide his relationship with Sapphire, at least in having pics taken together. Did he work at casino too and lost his job? I know thousands did last month. Anyway, lots of ?'s.

Speaking for myself - and I may be way off base....but I'm getting the impression that he led this woman on and that she had no knowledge of him being married. He may have told her he was divorced, getting a divorce, etc. That would explain why she was so open about the relationship while he didn't say much when meeting her Dad. She does have pictures of him on FB but if he was lying about being married - he couldn't very well tell her "no pictures".

So recently...I'm thinking Sapphire found out about his wife - and confronted him and they had an argument...and he did something out of rage/anger/fear. Maybe she was pregnant and his reaction was not what she expected and a fight ensued. Either way - I think her disappearance is 100% connected to his death.

If she did know about his marriage all along - my only glimmer of hope is that maybe she broke off the relationship and that drove him to suicide. But where is she while her car is still at her apartment? I think her close friends will be able to shine a lot of light on this for LE. If she has a close friend or family member that she confides in - I am sure their information will help. If he used text messages with Sapphire or his wife - those messages will definitely tell LE whether he was hiding the relationship or not.

I do wonder about the child on her FB - is he truly her son as others are posting? No mention of a child in the articles I have read so far.

I think we will have more answers over the next day or so.

I think his suicide and Sapphire's disappearance are very much linked........are there cameras at her apartment building/complex??? Would he have needed a password or permit of sorts to get thru a gate?? Did her have a key to her apartment building as well as the apartment?? In my old apartment bldg we had a key for the entry door as well as two keys for the actual apartment.

The second photo under June 26 has an interesting comment. She tells someone else that he is the "black sheep of the family". I agree, I'm thinking maybe she either didn't know he was married or told he was going through a divorce (That would explain to her why he isn't in contact with family, children, etc. He probably sold his lies pretty darn good to her). Such a beautiful young lady...I also have to agree this is probably not going to end well.

I wonder if they had a favorite place to go? I doubt he dragged her out of her apt. (if he did harm to her). Maybe took her somewhere she felt safe, or liked.

He's older and (it seems) didn't have facebook. He may not have known she was going to post pics of them. Also, since he didn't have facebook, she couldn't tag him in photos, and I'm sure they didn't run with the same crowds... no danger of his family finding them... until now.

Suicide by hanging is pretty difficult to stage, so I'm of course leaning towards him doing something to her, then committing suicide, unfortunately. Although I do like a previous poster's hopeful scenario of her running off first... then at least she'd be alive.

I realllllly want to know if/when she found out he was married.

I am thinking along the same lines as you...they went together in his car. Either to talk and it went badly and he did something out of rage that was unplanned ......or he had it planned beforehand because she may tell his family of their affair. regardless I think she went willingly with him. The fact that he committed suicide makes me think that perhaps he harmed her in the heat of the moment and realized he couldn't hide from LE or deal with a trial...not to mention the devastation it would bring to his family....so he left the scene and now everyone most of all - Sapphire son - has to pay for his actions. I am trying not to say negative things about him without knowing the whole story but I feel he was making promises and taking advantage of her all along.

I'm thinking that this affair ran it's course and he couldn't find a way out of it quietly /peacefully. He was a working guy who was supporting his family,along with his working wife. Hard to keep any kind of charade going for an extended length of time for a guy who has to be home most/all nights. Finances start to stretch out as he is paying for two lifestyles. Jmo of course

Agree and this type of thing has played out before. He could have easily walked away and even if she threatened to tell his wife - I am sure he could have made it a she said/he said thing with more lies. But I guess those Facebook pics would have done him in. Plus if something like an unexpected pregnancy happened and she was expecting marriage as promised - that would have further complicated hia plan to just walk away.

But I don't know. Men who kill their women so often commit suicide right after.

I don't think that style of movado is all that much. Plus I'm assuming by previous pictures of that day they were in AC which has an outlet so even cheaper. It's definitely under $500 not something you would necessarily have to be rich to buy. However, a very very generous gift for your mistress.

This also might not have been the first time he strayed. His wife and family will now read all the dirty laundry either from the media or LE from the affair .It looks like he took the cowards way out,which I feel implicates him in Sapphire 's death,if she is found deceased.

I am right there with you - agree 100% with these thoughts. I was hoping something would have broke on this over the weekend.
