Freehold missing woman: Family search enters second day
Parze's disappearance
Parze was last seen about 10 p.m. Oct. 30 after she returned home from a visit to a psychic medium in New Brunswick, according to her father.
Stephanie Parze was last seen the night of Oct. 30 after returning from a night out in New Brunswick, according to family. The next day she never showed up to her nanny job and when her family went to check for her, they found her car and cellphone at her Freehold Township home, but not her.
The night before she disappeared, Ozbilgen, 29, sent her 10 unanswered messages in nine minutes, including ending the exchange with an expletive-laden message, prosecutors said earlier this week.
Parze had filed a simple assault domestic violence complaint against Ozbilgen on Sept. 23, prosecutors said, adding that he had three domestic violence allegations complaints lodged against him by three different women, as well as a restraining order filed against him from a previous relationship in New York.
Parze's parents have said they only met Ozbilgen in passing a couple of times. When asked if she thought Ozbilgen had anything to do with her disappearance, Sharlene Parze said, "no comment."
