The repeated hospital type clothing in the description leads me to believe this lady may have been in some kind of institution. Perhaps a mental facility.

Did have premature grey hair. What does concern me is her weight is estimated to be 125 and our UID had a pair of size 14 pants.

The height is pretty spot on.

I woukd really like to learn more about her to compare her to our doe.

Out of the 3 you posted she seems to fit the description and recon the best.

Off to see what more I can find on her.

If she didn't freeze to death the night she left, she probably would have been in and out of hospitals and homeless shelters; she suffered from paranoia and PSTD.

Height is off a bit (UID is aprox 5'6 and Judy was 5'10)
Judy would have been 53 at the time the UID was found so that fits within the estimated age range
Both have DNA listed
That would have been a long time span for Judy to have potentially been alive with no contact with her family. Possibility? My gut tells me Judy would have made some contact with her family if she had been able.

This case gives me the heebie jeebies. I dated a guy from West Deptford and actually went there multiple times in spring 2014. It's much bigger than I had thought by its description (small townish) and I was surprised when I went. My partner at the time said the area had a bad drug problem. It's really close to Philadelphia, like a 20 minute car ride away. The Delaware runs along the border of PA and NJ.
