Murder suspect Zachary Babitz taken into custody in Las Cruces

Babitz was caught shortly after robbing an Arby's restaurant Saturday in Las Cruces. He is accused of killing an 83-year-old man Tuesday in Santa Fe.

Zachary Babitz, the man accused of killing an 83-year-old man in a Best Buy parking lot last Tuesday in Santa Fe, was arrested Saturday night in Las Cruces.

the suspects robbed an Arby's?
that seems desperate - not much money would be on site considering most people pay with plastic IMO
