Gallup Police issue Silver Alert for missing 79-yr-old woman

Police in Gallup say they are searching for a missing 79-year-old Hispanic woman who was last seen early Friday morning leaving a church on South Puerco.

GPD officials say Maria Guadalupe Lowe "is believed to be in danger if not located." She left the church around 2 a.m., wearing a faded blue buttoned short-sleeve shirt and blue jeans.
