New Mexico Amber Alert issued for Carlsbad 7-year-old



CARLSBAD, N.M. (KVII) — An Amber Alert has been issued in New Mexico for 7-year-old Riley Anderson from Carlsbad.

According to the New Mexico State Police, Anderson is a Caucasian female, standing 3'6", weighing about 50 pounds, with short blonde hair and hazel eyes. NMSP says it is unknown what Anderson is wearing.

Authorities believe she is with Luke Talley, a 25-year-old Caucasian male, standing 6'2", weighing 160 pounds, with blonde hair, blue eyes and tattoos on both arms. Talley is believed to be in a 2012 white Chevrolet Silverado displaying yellow license plate with New Mexico registration 608STF.



After police were contacted, a thorough investigation has commenced. Talley's last known location was on Rockin R Road, five miles east from US Highway 285 between Carlsbad and Artesia, N.M. He is believed to possibly be heading for Ruidoso or Cloudcroft, N.M.

While many details are unknown and under investigation, the whereabouts of Anderson are of urgent concern.

Police believe Riley is with 25-year-old Luke Talley Caucasian male, 6'5" inches tall, 165 lbs, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He has tattoos on both arms.

It is believed Talley is driving a 2012 white Silverado displaying yellow license plate with New Mexico registration 608STF.
After police were contacted, a thorough investigation has commenced. Last known location is on Rockin R Road five miles east from US Highway 285 between Carlsbad and Artesia, New Mexico.
