Good Morning! I know it is a very short court week, maybe just a couple of days. Someone else maybe can remember exactly what the judge said.

I am very curios to watch Serna cross this expert witness on forensic computer analysis. I hope things go smooth today.

Should be an interesting cross. The feed is up on KOAT.

Hello I am here. Good morning!!! Oh I have a cold... ugg anyway short week for court this week. Today and tomorrow. Oh did you just here the Jab Serna just gave this witness and then he jabbed back. Serna is doing his best to downplay all of this stuff but you just can't.

You are trooper!! Serna is up to his usual tricks trying to twist and puts words in his mouth but this witness is not having it. This internet forensic specialist knows his stuff. I love it.

Thank goodness this witness is strong. I hope he knows Serna's reputation and is ready to give it right back to him at every turn all the way through. I love his voice--if he ever gives up law enforcement he could do tv or radio.

He looks so much more lawyerly in that side pic on the KOAT page where his beard and head hair are nicely trimmed. These days he looks like he's trying to project an image to the jury, rumpled suits that don't fit well, white spats and the cane that may or may not be for effect. I don't get the picture he's sending but maybe it makes sense to the jury.

I think it is all an act, maybe he does misplace papers, but the rest I am not buying. I think it is all part of his game. He is super lawyer and looking at his website his type of cases, length of time in practice the man is probably smart as a whip and rich as all can be. I don't buy his demeanor he tries to sell the jury at all. MOO of course.. I could be way off base.

So Mr. Low Technology thinks all those files were modified and deleted to clear the internet files to speed up the computer.....I wonder who told him that theory? It actually could be but I am not sure if they would show up modified....but system defragmenter could be to over write those modified and deleted files. I wonder what operating system this computer had on it....I believe that windows xp did NOT defragment on it's own, it had to be initiated by the user....seems a strange time to be worried about the system files on your computer right after your wife has passed away? I would think he would be worried about his children and how they were doing instead of modifying and deleting files on his computer..........

I want to suggest that this computer was a laptop and could be taken with Levi if he choose to do so. So these phone records mean nothing. imo

I believe they are talking about files being deleted before Tera died.

They were talking about computer activity in September.....The 911 call reporting the death of Tera Chevaz was October 21, 2007 so I assume that the computer activity was before her death......Am I hearing wrong?
