Yes CJ that was my point up thread. Serna and his lack of knowledge and not being prepared just well blows my mind.

I wonder what else Mckay has?

So Mr. Low Technology thinks all those files were modified and deleted to clear the internet files to speed up the computer.....I wonder who told him that theory? It actually could be but I am not sure if they would show up modified....but system defragmenter could be to over write those modified and deleted files. I wonder what operating system this computer had on it....I believe that windows xp did NOT defragment on it's own, it had to be initiated by the user....seems a strange time to be worried about the system files on your computer right after your wife has passed away? I would think he would be worried about his children and how they were doing instead of modifying and deleting files on his computer..........

Yes it's XP and yes you have to manually start the defragmentation process (Start/All Prog./Accessories/System Tools/Disk Defrag.), I think if it had been defragged that should show up somewhere in all these dates, even if he'd gone to clean up and had it compress files and delete everything from the recycle can it should show in this witnesses search.

What is amazing to me is he didn't delete temp internet files (tifs) from the time he bought the computer until after she died, that's a huge number of files to be clogging the browser. I believe from IE 6 onward you can set it to auto delete tifs, but this guy seems to have only cleaned things up when he thought it necessary, not as normal course.

Since this post has been quoted a couple times I will just edit it here.......Thank you CalamityJane for pointing out that I was wrong about the files being deleted after Tera's death. It appears it was before and I had that part wrong.......Thanks again!

Did anyone notice this morning there is no commercial when you have to refresh? Thanks KOAT, at least if you can't keep the signal up continuously the lack of commercial is greatly appreciated.

Brookreson again says he is here to show what happened on family computer, not WHO did it #LeviChavez. Some jurors look uninterested...

Yikes ... I wonder if the jurors are bored or if they are not buying Serna's arguments?

BBM
If the jurors know that another bullet was chambered and the clip had been released from the gun I bet they ARE BORED because all this other testimony is pointless. The gun evidence alone convicts that 🤬🤬🤬 LC! {moo of course!} :twocents:

Thanks everyone for the posts. I've not been able to get online and listen, on my lunch hour now, so I appreciate reading all your comments.

Thanks Thundar, I missed the date he said they were deleted.

Did you know that fingerprints, exclusive to one person, are mentioned in the Bible? I can't remember the chapter/verse right now but I'll find it.
I had to leave for an hour and take a nap. I feel better, thankfully.

#leviChavez twiddling thumbs

I hope the jury is taking notice of LC's little thumb game.

Prosecution contends #LeviChavez used his police training to avoid leaving incriminating evidence, like fingerprints...

I also noticed he has a wart or some sort of growth on the one thumb........I wonder where in the courtroom the jury actually might be.....the witness is looking to her left or our right so I imagine the jury is over there.

Would Tera wipe away her own prints off of the gun? I don't thinks so. She didn't have on a glove.

The Jury is to our right. That is the way everyone looks when they walk in and out. Also most of the professional witnesses look too.

I was reading an old article about this case and something was said about Tera having a newly chipped tooth when found.........Like someone else chipped it when they shoved the gun in her mouth! I do not have a link but will keep looking to see if I can find it. I think the tooth testimony was exclueded from trial at a pretrial hearing.
