Now look at page three and the paragraph that has 1,2,3,4,5,6 ect lines......is there anything there that says anything about the magazine? Witness does not see anything.

This witness had NOT seen this report before and Serna asked to have it marked as an exhibit. Can the defense do that while it is still the prosecutions case.....This is still the prosecutions case, Right? How strange this trial is.....especially when I haven't watched it all the way!

Thanks for saying that, I was wondering the same thing. I didn't think the defense could bring in any of their evidence until it was there turn.

Expert is holding Glock while it's seated, but Serna says to "untrained" eye, it appears it is unseated. Expert:a fair statement #LeviChavez

I hope the PT and McKay have something planned to cross this with.

I am starting law school in the fall and I am in know way saying I know anything at this point and I have a good friend who just graduated from the law school (she is studying this summer for the bar) I will be attending (she is like an adviser to me) and we talk about cases and we talked on Saturday night a lot about this case and she said it is good that McKay is not objecting often because in a jury's eyes it looks like the party objecting is trying to hide something. My gut this whole trial has made me feel that it is better if McKay and the PT if there are weakness in the case just let them be stated and noted by the jury if McKay is object! object! this would not sit well with the jury. I know a lot of watchers on this thread disagree and that is fine. MOO Let the jury see the gun seated if McKay was objecting it would look suspicious. I could be way wrong. I like to hear other opinions on this.

Actually any objections at this point would be useless.......this witness is not budging on the facts that he was brought on the stand to tell, that there is blood under the magazine so the magazine was released after the first shot was fired. I think this witness is doing good, he is not falling under Serna's bus at all. LOL

I understand what you are saying. I know nothing about the law, I have wondered why they haven't objected so much. I see now there isn't really a reason to. Other than the witness has looked to them like help me.
