Witness says People with large hands and wearing gloves could keep the clip from falling out. Also the blood may have kept the magazine in place.

Right in the center of Serna's long winded question the feed started buffering. He is still holding it as he walks around the room asking questions.......Oh nope he laid it back on the table next to the witness.....I think the witness should pick it up with his gloves on and point it at Serna and say BOO! I would pay to see that on the feed!

IMO I saw Mr. Cordova laughing and I have the same look on my face and I think because Serna's theories and way is crossing this witness it is ridiculous and McKay probably prepared the Cordova's for this type of cross and the witness is making the states case overall.

I already don't like the sound of the witness Serna has lined up. The one in the film shown shooting a gun. From this last witness it sounds like this will be unfair because he is an expert shooter.

I hope that just made sense.
