I was reading an old article about this case and something was said about Tera having a newly chipped tooth when found.........Like someone else chipped it when they shoved the gun in her mouth! I do not have a link but will keep looking to see if I can find it. I think the tooth testimony was exclueded from trial at a pretrial hearing.

So how did Serna spin the chipped tooth? I would imagine that someone would not chip their own tooth while putting a gun in their own mouth. Was it explained by the recoil of the gun after the shot?

The casing was found in front of her at the bend of her elbow and side IIRC. On the opposite of her body.

I have seen guns featured in trials and while I don't own one currently guns don't really scare me. But looking at this dude using LC's police issued Glock...it is sending me major chills. Can't fully explain why...well I could but they aren't relavent to this case lol and shows how even nore weird I am.
I so want to send the Geek Squad in there to wire that courtroom with better sound.

IMO and I can almost bet it won't happen bc LC is in this deep and his ego would never allow it but if I were LC I would plea... but he thinks he can get away with it or he would have never gone this far. It is not even in my realm of imagination of the explanation will come out of the mouth of Serna on this one.

Only one who said magazine was unseated was Aaron Jones, who Serna has called a "lying dirty cop" and poked holes in his #LeviChavez case
