I am not so sure that speaking with Rose Slama would clarify anything! Did she not change her story on the stand during her testimony?

Not so much the Rose Slama, she was not that credible on the stand and another witness recanted her testimony... mainly the part showing that the boxes were just boxes of information on the truck investigation and things the investigator learned more about the homicide he did not include in those boxes so the boxes of information were not relevant.

This one has the lead prosecutor testifying.....and the one before the last had an HLN reporter testifying....I guess anything goes!

As unorganized as he seems, I doubt he even knows what he's talking about. Everything he claims he didn't receive is probably sitting in his office somewhere.

Defense is being sneaky here.......doesn't the prosecution office keep records of discovery send to defense? So not only do they need to send it but they also need to keep records it was sent? Is this normal operating procedure?

I'm assuming the jury is out?
Seems all of this mess could be worked out at the end of the day, or before court began this morning. The judge doesn't seem to respect the jury's time.
