I'm starting to wonder about the intelligence of the judge. I really miss the no nonsense judge on the Seacat trial... he'd hear this crap once and not a second, third time.

I hate to admit this but I wish HLN was covering this trial.....I would love to hear what the "panel" of "lawyers" would have to say about this hearing!

I know what I think of it.....this is pretty much a waste of time and the judge needs to take back his courtroom from defense!
