I sincerely hope that all this 'missing' evidence is found behind serna's desk at his office and he is sanctioned and the judge admonishes him loud and clear.

I hate to admit this but I wish HLN was covering this trial.....I would love to hear what the "panel" of "lawyers" would have to say about this hearing!

I know what I think of it.....this is pretty much a waste of time and the judge needs to take back his courtroom from defense!

I know, everything is Zimmerman....and for some reason I have no interest in that trial.

Defense probably read them and they went directly to the shredder! You know, so defense would have a reason for this hearing during trial.

I wish the PT had copies of fax transmissions, return receipts and the like for information sent, email transmissions. I personally keep records of all that sort of stuff at least for a year. But Serna is making this all so muddy it is not clear.

If Serna believes that than he is watching a different trial than I have been. I realize that I miss a lot but I don't think I am missing this much......Defense is now asking for a mistrial again......LOL

And how is the jury hearing about this? If I was the State I'd haul serna on the stand to answer that question. How does he know this?

WOW! Serna is not only going for a mistrial but he wants double jeopardy inacted so Chavez can't be made to go through a retrial........crap he is going for the entire cookie!
