Doesn't exist to my knowledge, unfortunately, Cuckoohead. I really do need it, though... I feel like I'm listening to a loop of Charlie Brown's teacher. ;)

Man, that is it! Exactly!!!!! :floorlaugh:

I think Levi is playing the game 'Hangman' with himself.

What does it say about me that just about the only word I can make out clearly is an obscenity? ;o)

That's exactly what I thought when I saw his pad!

I wonder if he is sitting on that side of the table to be a bit closer to the jury. He must think he looks innocent. lol

It looks like Mr. Chavez is wearing a wedding ring. I wonder if he treats that ring like he did his first one? Cause I am thinking a wedding ring to the defendant means little to nothing.............

He keeps ducking his head, hiding his face under his hand. I think that looks deceptive, like he is trying to hide something.... like a cold blooded murder?

That camera man is going to get booted by the judge if he finds out he is zooming in on this pad.

I've often wondered what defendants are writing during trials and now we know, they are playing hangman.
I get a feeling that this courtroom, judge and his rules, are a heck of a lot less formal than anything we've seen in the past.
Saw on Twitter a moment ago that the camera showed the jury filing in the other day.

I was googling frantically to see if Attorney Serna was court appointed or not......He is not listed on the New Mexico Public Defender Department web page.....but New Mexico has the same sort of thing as Kansas has as far as court appointed attorneys. So it is hard to tell if he is court paid or not.

"In 1973, the New Mexico Legislature enacted the New Mexico Public Defender Act to meet the State’s constitutional obligations to provide counsel to indigent persons charged with crimes in New Mexico state courts. The Act provided for a Public Defender structure with state appropriated funding and a centralized administration."

I thought it was filing out tho.....I saw a whole group of people file past the camera. I wondered if it was the jury.....it must have been!

I bought the legal pad that was put out of the OJ doodles after his trial. It was hilarious...not really his. I think JA was studying for the her law degree during her trial. lol. And yeah, I do think almost all of them doodle because really, what do they have to write and yet they need something to do.
