I am back. Had to go to the grocery store or my husband would ban me from trial watching. Lol. Anyway wow.... is that snarky tone or whatever that is from the defense attorney allowed? Goodness..... I have not watched that many trials but quite a few and I have never seen this before even with Casey Anthony.

In my opinion, this snarky tone from the def. goes well beyond the norm. I fault the judge and the prosecution -- Jones is a prosecution witness and they are not protecting him as they should, Moo again.

Jones: If there is no SNOT believe them NOT!!!!

Sneeking a peek from work, What does this mean? I'm lost in space on this. :scared:

It's meaning with regard to this trial is pretty moot. This is an example of the animosity between the def. atty and Officer Jones that has gone on all day. Just cutting remarks back and forth and the judge has admonished both of them a couple of times.

Wow that is one loud, private sidebar

When it comes to crying of a suspect or suspected suspect. Jones did not believe LC's crying.

According to him, Arias' nose crying was legit.

15 minute afternoon break.

Are we on a break? You just never know with this trial. Remember Judge Perry with CA, great announcements even talked about what we were having for lunch and what snacks we had for break.

OH! OK! Just like CA and JA! Although they both wiped their noses an awful lot! So maybe they did have snot

Well CA always acted like she was blowing her nose too but I never believed it.

I have had the older song Independence Day stuck in my head all week. Love the song but I think I'm watching too many trials. Seems all I watch on tv are true crime documentaries and CSI reruns. Not healthy emotionally me thinks.

Yes, on afternoon break already. I miss Judge Stephens "admonishments".

I loved Judge Perry. I still do, wish we could watch another trial in which he presided. He was excellent in every aspect. I saw an interview with him last week in which he said he was so shocked and upset by the verdict in the CA case he had to read the jury's verdict papers twice to make sure. I can't imagine how much fun he would be as a next door neighbor.

Actually, I miss Juan. That's who I miss.

IMHO I think that they just wanted us to think they did. I never bought it with CA or JA. :twocents:

What did you hear, I was in the kitchen. Gotta put all the stuff away from the store.

I couldn't hear anything but I wondered if the jury who isn't listening through this lousy audio system they got could hear the sidebar. Usually the judge flips his mike off or covers it with his hand. Not here they don't.

I'm putting this here, so I (we) can find it later.

One of the officers the defendant was having an affair with, who he went on to later marry.
Officer Heather Hindi defendant's current wife

Defense attorney, David Serna
http://www.davidcserna.com/

I guess she (Heather) can not be compelled to testify against LC because of marital privilege or whatever. Clever dude. When will she be charged with conspiracy to conceal murder? Then let them both waive privilege and roll on each other! I'm sure they both have the attitude, when push comes to shove, it's every man for himself!
