Ok so I listened to this witness in the kitchen while doing some work.... I don't know what to make of this last witness. The girl does need to get her act together. Her testimony was so crucial but she is shady. I just hope that the jury really takes into account that she is not getting anything for this testimony and she is still giving it.

I also hope the jury can also see that looking at her character and he was a police officer and he dated her for 2 years ... What it says about him. Yuck.

Isn't Andrea a piece of work? I think she was into her husband's murder right up to her busy little eyebrows. I can't wait to see what stunts she pulls during trial...like full on kisses of female witnesses in the courtroom like when HN was on trial. :floorlaugh:

ETA To answer your ? re JA...the DT claims that JA was not ready for penalty phase cause her witnesses (DB and P?) were threatened away.

Oh yes, I agree with you about Andrea Sniederman being totally involved in death of her husband. I don't know all the details but from what I've read in the past I think she was the mastermind. Maybe this is already common thought, but I assume she started affair with HN just to get him to do the deed, she throws him under the bus, and she gets off scot free.
It will be another interesting trial, she is quite a character, and not in a good way.
Re HN trial....did she actually kiss witnesses?

Good lord in heaven, that storm hit us hard. Just at the same time the judge released the jury for the day our power went out and it just came back on a little bit ago. Winds were clocked at 80 mph. Every tree in the yard was laying sideways at one time during the worst of it. GS Ryan and I had to sit outside until after dark as it was so hot in the house....the storm dropped the temperature from 96 around 5pm to 75 in just a few minutes, which was a blessing. We counted about 17,000 lightning bugs. So happy to have my electricity and cable back.
Looking forward to tomorrow's day in court,,,,, I think. I'm not happy with any of the main players thus far and if there has ever been a reason for me to lose my mind I think this def. atty may actually be it.

I am glad you are ok. I am over "yonder" in central Piedmont NC. We got hit hard loosing power and Time Warner from about 3 or 4:00 (ish) PM EDT til 11:30 PM EDT. To make this storm ordeal continued interesting, we have well water thus the pump is obviously electric; therefore, we didn't even have water until the electricity came back on.

At least our cats had their litter to use during this nightmare. lol My older cat (14 years old) takes a nap every day under my comforter. She slept through most of it. We could have a tornado, hurricanes and/or earthquakes and Madeline will have her nap period!!!

I hope NC folks don't have anymore bad storms!!!

Oh Carnnell, so sorry you know how bad that storm was. We are accustomed to hurricanes that are severe, no electricity, etc. but we plan for them and are ready in advance. Even though I knew that storm was on the way yesterday I didn't expect it to be so bad and dangerous. Heck, I couldn't even find a candle I was so ill prepared. We are on a well too so I know about that. Thank goodness we/you have power and cable, all the necessities, this morning. I don't like being a pioneer woman at all.
