I have missed the last day and a half's worth of testimony because KOAT's website gave an error code saying livefeed was unavailable.

Did I miss anything?

Anyone think the defense's final witness will be Levi Chavez? I don't think he would present well under cross so I think serna will keep him off the stand but who knows?

I have been on that site-which runs through KOAT somehow, the entire trial. Yesterday was perfect--audio, video, and I was never booted not once. I just brought the web site up and got the drunk driving vs texting and driving commercial so we may have to deal with that again all day today. Yesterday there were no commercials.

Good Morning everyone... I feel better, thank you, thank you East. Thanks for posting the article about the attorney. Incredible and scary and all the victims of the APD could form a support group. So very sad. I am so curious too about this witness "that is flying in".

Kali thank you for the post about the Eraser Killer. I must read that book, I have heard others refer to it and talk about it. Yes he was just feeling sorry for himself. As always I hope today is good for the state.

We live like a band of gypsies right here in our own house. I have purchased the Eraser Killer book twice--once last year and again just since this trial began. I can't find either copy, nor my Kindle, or I would download it to that. We have been moving 3 rooms around, and re-doing completely one other area that we started working on during Hurricane Katrina in 2005. I can date it because we watched the hurricane coverage the entire week we were tearing a wall out, etc. Here it is 2013 and we are still not finished. I can't find my wedding rings, my watch, several other things that I should have. I think in a previous life I was a gypsy and that's why living like this doesn't bother me terribly but I am so afraid I'm going to die and leave this mess for my children.

I hope the jury will see the planning that went into the murder of Tera and find the ba$tard guilty of premeditated murder.

I also hope that the guilty verdict gives Tera's parents more clout when they try to get involved in the lives of their daughter's two kids and demand their rights. (if they have any in NM?)[/QUOTE]

After being introduced to LC's mom yesterday, I immediately began praying that Tera's parents will get the children, and fast. Even if he's found not guilty, they should have the children and not the current Mrs. and Mr. L. C.

Thank you NCEast.:seeya: I got the same error message from both sites and I had it on two different desktops that run different versions of windows so I'm not sure what the problem was but today I got the drunk texting commercial so I think I may have more luck today. I hope so I'd really like to see if the defense has anything other than the smoke and mirror show it is very good at presenting.

I wonder if poor Levi is feeling better today? Was yesterday's testimony too much for him? Does Levi realize now that the trial is winding down and it will soon be in 12 people's hands and not his? Maybe to many question running in Levis head yesterday that made him feel ill.

In my opinion, her DNA is where LC got most of his. Mrs. Keener caught her in a couple of lies and she twisted herself up, all by herself, a time or two as well. She was putting on a show of fake emotion and tears to begin with and then we saw a different side to her when the prosecution had their cross.
ETA: Serna's double does me the same way. God forbid they are twins, I don't think the world could take two of them.

Maybe he is, and the woman I was asking about may be his wife? They are probably 'the' witness Serna flew in for today's testimony...if now, what in the world are they doing up there with all of that missing paperwork of Serna's.

If the gentleman is blind or partially blind how is he going to be able to identify anything on a picture?

I saw the stick and how his wife was helping him walk. Plus he was having to touch the table to walk around it. Looks like blindness to me. imo
