Finally the prosecutor is doing his job. The only person who said that the weapon was there in the home was the defendant.......prosecutor just said that the argument that Serna made was ridiculous.......LOL prosecutor that is not the only argument that was!

The judge's name 'sign' gets on my nerves. Unless his grandchild made it in Bible School, it's very ugly and unprofessional in my opinion. I've been thinking this since day one.

There were some powerful points made by McKay in that cross. The fight might have been scheduled for 10 rounds but McKay gave a good 1,2,3 punch!! He nailed some good points.

It's funny what we notice, isn't it? I had that thought also, and rationalized it was a gift from coworkers in 1978 and has a great deal of sentimental value.

He was hot, wasn't he? It was good to see he has it in him! I thought I actually heard him let out a huge sigh of exasperation at one point. Maybe I was hearing myself, I'm not sure.
