I was thrilled too. That was awesome. O/T but has anyone scene the video footage of Cindy and George Anthony's yard sale where they are selling off Caylee and Casey's stuff. Casey I can understand but Caylee,:-( Also you can see Cindy in her true nature. Very interesting.

Instead of donating it in caylee's name to a shelter or children's ward they do this....and 10 bucks says it goes straight to CA. Disgusting.

I just finished watching both opening statements. I was able to tell what McKay was going to say before he said it, almost word for word. He did very well and his flow was easy to follow.
Then Serna. He acted sane and rational until Aaron Jones came up, and that name came up came several times. Each time, Serna acted like a psycho. I hope and pray he turned the jury off, if not all at least a few, against him just because of his over dramatization and stupid actions during the hour or so he used and most especially when talking about Jones. At one point, pretty early on, he said, 'Levi guilty', caught himself and then said 'is not' and then 'or not'. He put his foot in his mouth and I had to laugh. Then the clown antics began. Had he stuck to the facts about the case, he could have been done in 30 minutes.
Watch them both if you can, especially Serna at Jewel's link above if you have an extra hour before their closing arguments, it's worth the investment. But it comes with a warning--he will make you sick.

I went back and listened to this over the break. I was watching the trial but missed such an incredible amount because of the awful audio and visual, lets reflect....Ugg!!! I love that how McKay always referred her as Mamma. LOL I did not know what anybody looked like for seems like for the first two weeks of the trial.

WS was down early this morning and I was beginning to panic. I couldn't bear the thought of LC testifying and us not being able to talk about it. I got up at 4:45 and around 5am tried to log on and the site kept timing out. I continued to try and it kept timing out. I was SO relieved just now when it worked.
I have thought about LC and his testifying all night, I hope he does. I hope he hangs himself and Serna sits right there and wets his white britches.

Jewels, I think WS has been having technical problems. As I note in an earlier post, I couldn't even get the site to load between 5am and around 9am this morning. I hope and pray they are working to get the kinks out--I need you guys right here if Levi testifies!
I will try to transcribe anything important until you return.

OT I saw that video. Whatever happened to the fake charity these two set to search for missing kids? Why didn't the proceeds of this garage sale go to the fake charity? I assume people realized how corrupt these two are and quit donating to the Anthony's 'charity'? Maybe their fake charity no longer exists. I can't believe them selling Caylee's toys.

Greiving grandparents my a$$. Why didn't they take the toys to a hospital to hand out to sick kids or a women's shelter for those peoples' kids who may have arrived with nothing but the clothes on their back?

No wonder Casey turned out like she did.

Good morning all! If Levi is the narcissist I think he is we may see him on the stand. If there are ladies on the jury he will think he can charm them. Like Jason Young uke: let's hope he does testify and puts the nail in his own coffin!

Firefox and I never have any problems.

Google Chrome is my main browser for years and I use it exchangeably with Mozilla Firefox which is awesome too. I can not stand IE or Microsoft for that matter but out here in the silicon valley area we are kind of extreme on Apple or Microsoft, it is a little silly.

I think he slept like a baby and I think the decision was made a long time ago. Serna manipulates the flow of the court.
