Levi had behaved like a single man during the entire marriage and the separate checking account he opened was like shutting the door in her face with respect to security for herself and her children. I didn't hear any laughing or snickering and the camera and microphone picks up everything from the prosecutor's side. Poor excuse of a judge and worse because he's catering to the Serna's whining.

I agree, but I have seen McKay smiling a lot during this trial. Ms Keener should have kept her mouth shut and not spoken while the judge was speaking.
