NM - Tera Chavez, 26, found dead in her Los Lunas home, 22 Oct 2007 - #2

I can keep the WILD page open but what they have on is mind blowing--especially with Janis going in the background.

I wouldn't mind munching on Wild's burger. :blushing:

And do those fingernails look feminine? I thought everyone presumed Wild to be a dude.

I wish the jury was asking for the pictures OMI took of Tera in the bed because then they would see If suicide is to be believed then Tera had to get up at some point to get the gun. If you're suicidal are you going to watch T.V. after getting up to get a gun to shoot yourself....the remote was next to her in bed! The remote was next to her body. It would have been dropped in the floor when she got up to get the gun or set on the nightstand but it would not be next to her in the bed after getting the gun! And if she got the gun earlier in the day while contemplating suicide that makes no sense that she would watch T.V. being that depressed and suicidal!

Good thoughts CJ. I hope the jury is picking apart the common sense aspects of the evidence just as you did.

Great minds think alike. I would ask for:

1.- Crime scene photos
2.- Gun
3.- Toxicology report (Nyquiled out, much?)
4.- Computer logs

Maybe this is my cue to stop listening to Janis but I am lost about the fingernails. Where are they?

In Wild's tweets below the live stream box, there are two pics of a Kilt hamburger and fries.

Yes Yes , those pictures are like a frozen perfect image of time. Oh they have to see that. Yes the order of evidence is exactly the way I would ask for it too.

I got a little board too and then I found this terrible article that a NM jury just found a man innocent from a trial yesterday of a crime that also happened back in 2007. So I had a little freak out and decided to quit snooping around and just stick to my verdict watch group here and twitter.

KOAT screen went black. Could mean nothing but the weather graphic is gone.

I have honestly steeled myself to be ok if the verdict is not guilty. Apparently, the Chavez men were born under a lucky star based on that article last week about the prior bad deeds of fathers and uncles. And then the story about the Angry Wife bar just about finished me off. I have never see such a family of evil. With the judge and Serna as examples, in addition to the Chavez family, I'm expecting the jury to be about 50/50 of sane and rational people. I hope the other 50 percent can convince them he's guilty.
As always, my humble opinion only.

I went and read the trial diva's page on JM's next trial (July 31st), Richard Crisman, a bad cop who killed an unarmed man (and his nonviolent dog) in his home. Looks like it'll be a good trial, esp. since his partner is the one who turned him in and will probably testify against him. This should fill the hole nicely until the JA penalty retrial gets underway (if it ever does).

I completely understand and feel the same. I always want justice to prevail but sometimes it just doesn't.

I'm about to date myself again, but the word 'karma' comes to mind. When Charles Manson was introduced to the world I was in my late teens. Living on the east coast....he and The Family were on the west coast. I probably would have been one of The Family had I been in the right proximity--I hated my mother, hated the world actually, all I wanted was to be loved and I had never felt that--I needed to belong. When the Manson murders started I began a journey of research and reading about them that began in 1969 and it really hasn't stopped. I have been drawn to each of the primaries in that group for over 40 years. Charles Manson was the person who taught me the word karma all those years ago. I had never heard it before in my young life but as I have grown older I truly believe in it. Threefold--all the good, and all the bad. It all comes back to us in some way or another. So if LC doesn't get what's coming to him by way of this trial, he will eventually. We can count on it.
