Circumstances of Recovery On 09/02/23, at approx. 1730 hrs, a hiker came upon an encampment on the hillside east of Railroad Pass Hotel and discovered apparent human skeletal remains. They called 911. Boulder City PD responded and confirmed the remains appeared human.
